Ideas That Work Conference
Every November, the English Department has traditionally organised an annual Ideas That Work Conference. The event, regularly attended by more than 230 English language teaching professionals, is an excellent opportunity for professionals to exchange practical teaching tips and ideas. The participants have the opportunity to attend talks, workshops, research-oriented presentations, and poster sessions. In addition, they can also visit an ELT book fair that is attended by a wide range of exhibitors.
Original Ideas That Work Conference has been put on hold. However, a new conference NEW IDEAS that work is planned for November 7, 2020. The presentations will address these topics: Technology, Young Learners, Special Educational Needs, Modern Various Approaches to Teaching and Learning, Miscellaneous.
