| Abstrakt CZ: | Východiska: Projekt ?Proměna role vysoké školy a inovace studijních programů v rámci fenoménu 4.0. v oblastech strojních, pedagogických a zdravotnických.?, TL01000081 je realizován od roku 2018 a bude zakončen v roce 2020. Ve vztahu ke vzdělávání nelékařů byl v rámci tohoto projektu v kontextu fenoménu 4.0 analyzován studijní program Všeobecné ošetřovatelství (prezenční forma studia) a následně byly navrženy a implementovány prvky inovace do uvedeného studijního programu. Samozřejmostí byla i diskuze a spolupráce s odborníky z praxe a osobami odpovědnými za vedení odborné praxe v kontextu uvedeného. Cíl: V rámci aktivit projektu bylo mimo jiné provedeno šetření o využívání přístrojové techniky na vybraných pracovištích poskytovatelů zdravotní péče, kde je realizována odborná praxe studentů. Metody: Pro sběr dat bylo zvoleno kvantitativní průzkumné šetření za použití nestandardizovaného dotazníku vlastní konstrukce. Otázky dotazníků odpovídaly záměru autorů. Respondenty výzkumu byly všeobecné sestry pracující na vedoucích pozicích (vrchní sestry a náměstkyně pro ošetřovatelskou péči), a zároveň se jednalo o osoby odpovědné za výkon odborné praxe. Výsledky: Z šetření vyplynulo, že v praxi je využíváno široké spektrum zdravotnické přístrojové techniky, v případě odborné praxe nejčastěji ?mentor demonstruje a následně student pod jeho vedením přístroj používá?. Analýza výsledků dále ukázala, že četnost využití přístroje na pracovišti nebo ambulanci má vliv na to, jak je přístroj používán studentem na praxi. Většina respondentů též očekává, že studenti budou na odborné praxi disponovat teoretickými znalostmi a částečně i odbornými dovednostmi v oblasti používání přístrojové techniky, které získají v rámci vzdělávání. Diskuze: Zdravotnická přístrojová technika je nedílnou součástí diagnostické, léčebné, ale i preventivní péče o pacienta, v ošetřovatelské praxi existuje velké spektrum techniky. Teoretické znalosti v oblasti zdravotnické přístrojové techniky získané při studiu jsou zaměstnavateli očekávány, stejně tak jako určitá míra praktických dovedností v obsluze zdravotnické přístrojové techniky získaná při studiu v odborných učebnách (formou simulace). V rámci odborné praxe je pak možná efektivní návaznost a dochází k upevnění a prohloubení praktických dovedností v obsluze zdravotnické přístrojové techniky. Závěr: Vzhledem ke kompetencím všeobecných sester daných současnou legislativou je potřeba posílit teoretické znalosti studentů programu všeobecné ošetřovatelství v oblasti zdravotnické přístrojové techniky. Ve spolupráci s odborníky z praxe je potřeba uvedené teoretické znalosti prohloubit a během odborné praxe upevnit praktické dovednosti. Zásadní důraz je kladen na bezpečné užívání zdravotnické přístrojové techniky. |
| Abstrakt EN: | Background: The project "Innovation of study programs of mechanical engineering, education and health care within the 4.0 phenomenon - change of role of Higher Education Institution", TL01000081 has been implemented since 2018 and will be completed in 2020. In relation to the education of non-physicians, the General Nursing study program (full-time form of study) was analyzed within this project. Elements of innovation were designed and implemented into the study program. Naturally, there was also discussion and collaboration with practitioners and those responsible for the management of professional practice in the context of the above. Aim: As part of the project activities, a survey was conducted, among other things, on the use of medical device technology at selected workplaces of health care providers, where students' professional practice is carried out. Methods: A quantitative exploratory survey using a non-standardized self-designed questionnaire was chosen for data collection. The questions on the questionnaires corresponded to the intention of the authors. The respondents to the research were general nurses working in management positions (head nurses and deputy nurses), as well as persons responsible for the performance of professional practice. Results: The survey showed that a wide range of medical device technology is used in practice and, in the case of professional practice, most often "the mentor demonstrates and then the student under his or her guidance uses the device." The analysis of the results further showed that the frequency of use of the device in the workplace or outpatient clinic has an effect on how the device is used by the student in practice. Most respondents also expected students to have theoretical knowledge and, in part, professional skills in the use of device technology, which they will acquire during education. Discussion: Medical device technology is an integral part of diagnostic, therapeutic, but also preventive patient care, and in nursing practice there is a wide range of technology. Theoretical knowledge in the field of medical device technology acquired during the study is expected by the employer, as well as a certain degree of practical skills in the operation of medical device technologies acquired during the study in specialized classrooms (in the form of simulation). Within the framework of professional practice, an effective connection is possible and practical skills in the operation of medical device technology are consolidated and deepened.Conclusion: Due to the competencies of general nurses given by the current legislation, it is necessary to strengthen the theoretical knowledge of students of the general nursing program in the field of medical device technology. In cooperation with experts from practice, it is necessary to deepen the theoretical knowledge and strengthen practical skills during professional practice. The fundamental emphasis is placed on the safe use of medical device technology. |
