| Abstrakt EN: | The monograph contains a theoretical introduction and introduction to pH and its measurements. Basic terms and concepts and their definitions are discussed (including pH, electrolytic dissociation, water autoprotolysis, calculation of the pH of strong and weak electrolytes) as well as pH testing using a glass membrane electrode, universal indicators and natural dyes. The historical development of the concept of pH is described. The rest of the monograph contains a description of pH learning at various levels of education (in kindergarten, in early school education - grades 1-3 of primary school, in older grades of primary school, in secondary school and at university). The use of various methods and techniques for pH measurement at various levels of education has been proposed. The final part examines the attractiveness of individual methods and techniques of pH testing at various stages of education. The publication contains an annex with worksheets for all pH testing methods and techniques described in the publication. |
