| Abstrakt EN: | In the period 2020?2022, a project entitled "Internationalization, Cooperation, Innovation, Reflection and Evaluation in the Preparation of Future Teachers" was implemented at the Faculty of Education of the UWB in Pilsen. The basic goal of the project was to improve the quality of the teaching of future teachers, which represents a goal of considerable scope, but also of significant application. It involved innovations of the entire spectrum of teacher study components and interventions in activities developing evaluation principles of teaching. A foreign didactic internship was an important means of support ensuring the fulfillment of these goals. The main goal of the internship was to transfer experiences from abroad to Czech schools, to learn about didactic methods and pedagogical approaches through shadowing teachers of the host school, presentations, guided debates and joint professional activities related to the didactics of the educational proces. |
