| Abstrakt EN: | At the Department of Chemistry of the FPE ZČU in Pilsen, TLC is included in regular teaching (laboratory exercises in organic chemistry) and forms an important part of some qualification papers. Currently it is used as an analytical and preparative method. For analytical chromatography, both commercially available material and plates cast in the laboratory are used, while for preparative chromatography the chromatographic layers are prepared in the laboratory. As work with small quantities of substances is becoming more and more important, preparative TLC is also gaining in importance and has the advantage that it can be developed in several stages as follows: 1) Adsorption layer preparation 2) Application of split material 3) Developing the chromatogram 4) Detection and isolation of components |
