| Abstrakt EN: | The aim of the paper is to present a tool for students' reflection and self-reflection. The tool for students' reflection and self-reflection was created due to the need to individualize the training of future teachers and provide each student, at any stage of professional development, with adequate support. It builds on the gradual gradation of the difficulty of pedagogical practices, strengthening the importance of the accompanying teacher and structured self-reflection. |
